- A general discussion of incapacity payment issues, including deeming under s19(4), and how to treat employee time off for non-work related condition when assessing incapacity in the week – presented by Brett Ablong, Partner)
- A practical session to workshop different types of evidence that might be relevant to your management of claims, how to go about gathering that information and what powers are available to you under the SRC Act (presented by Claire Tota, Partner and Shelley Johnson, Special Counsel)
- Some COVID and long COVID claim case studies, with helpful guidance on how to determine and manage these tricky claims (presented by Kate Watson, Partner and Lavanya Kumar, Solicitor)
