Consultation – Draft scheme guidance statutory timeframes for decision-making
On 2 February 2024, Comcare released for consultation the draft scheme guidance on the “statutory timeframes for decision-making” for initial claims and requests for reconsiderations under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act).
Feeback to Comcare is due by 16 February 2024.
